• Independent Verification: You are solely responsible for conducting due diligence before making any payment, booking, or signing any agreement.
• No Agency Relationship: We are not a party to any transaction between you and any agent, developer, or property owner.
• Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site is limited to MYR 100.00.

• Licensing: You hold a valid REA/REN license issued by BOVAEP.
• Authorization: You have obtained written consent from the property owner to advertise the property.
• Accuracy: All listings, descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and not misleading.
• Compliance: You comply with all applicable Malaysian laws, guidelines, and professional standards.
• Enforcement: We reserve the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, or take action without prior notice for any breach.
